Ashburn Hotel, London

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was attentive. The location was ideal for exploring London, but the dining experience could be improved. Overall, it was a good value for the money.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was lovely, very clean, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. However, the bathroom was a little small for my liking. The service was super friendly and accommodating, especially when they provided a bottle opener for my beer. The location was excellent, just around the corner from Gloucester Road Tube Station. The dining experience was a bonus, with staff willing to please. Overall, a great value for money option.

The hotel is situated on a quiet street, very close to Gloucester Road tube station and within walking distance of Hyde Park and the prestigious museums. While the rooms are cosy and reminded me of home, the service was a bit off-putting due to noise early in the morning, but the location is excellent with convenient access to amenities.

The rooms were compact but nicely appointed with a classically themed fitout and a super comfy bed; however, despite having the window open all night, it was still cold in the morning. The service was excellent, with all staff being welcoming, friendly, and very polite. The location was absolutely to my complete satisfaction, near Gloucester station for easy access around London. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained, making my stay enjoyable.

The hotel was big in London standards, but not in great condition. The room was unique, facing Cromwell Road, with a carpet covering screeching wood. The king-size bed had two mattresses close together, making it uncomfortable to lay in the middle. The location was excellent, very convenient for the tube and with a good selection of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was so helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any inquiries. The dining experience offered a continental breakfast, but the option to pay for an English breakfast was disappointing.
